One of our favorite things here at MMC is being involved in the community. From race support, hosting events, being involved in community events, and more, we love it all! And we couldn’t possibly do it all without our amazing volunteers and ambassadors! We have a few events approaching this fall for those looking to get involved.
Our first event is the Fountain Hills High School/ Junior High cross-country race. The race is on September 13th and MMC will have a water/aid station. We’d love more help running the aid station for the kids!
The next event is a community staple, Spooky Blast! Spooky Blast this year is October 25th and we will have a tent at the event. Our volunteers will help hand out candy and play games with the kids.
Our final fall event is the Bike MS ride, November 8th and 9th. Nik Edmonds is the team captain for the MMC team, and we’re looking for more riders to join the team. Reach out to Nik or contact@mcdowellmountain.com for more information and discount codes to register for the team. We will also need volunteers to help us support the ride with a mechanic/aid station.
